60+ years of leadership dedicated to improving the Liberty Road Corridor and empowering local residents.
For over 6 decades, we have worked tirelessly to strengthen our community, support local businesses, and improve everyday life.
For 68 years, the Liberty Road Community Council (LRCC) has been dedicated to serving and strengthening the Randallstown community through the commitment of countless volunteers, leaders, and community partners. Since its establishment in 1958, LRCC has worked to bring residents together, support local businesses, and create opportunities that enhance the quality of life throughout the community.
Building on that legacy, Shirley Supik has worked in the community for more than 45 years, bringing people together, supporting local businesses, and creating opportunities for long-term growth.
As Ella White Campbell, LRCC's longtime Executive Director, faced her battle with cancer, she chose Shirley to continue the organization's mission. After Shirley was unanimously elected President by the Board, she accepted the role and has remained committed to leading LRCC and improving the quality of life for Randallstown residents ever since.
